Return Policy
With the exception of final sale items, every Shadowline and Velrose garment is 100% satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned for a full refund of the item price paid within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All returns must be in new condition and include the original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept returns of garments damaged by makeup, perfume, or stains.
Final sale items
Purchases of items marked down by 50% or more, including items reduced to 50% or less of their original price after applying a coupon code (except gift certificates), are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return shipping costs will be refunded only if:
1) your return contains defective merchandise OR
2) shadowlinelingerie.com fulfillment is at fault due to shipping and/or handling errors.
We cannot accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage all items properly.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns may take up to 30 days to process and credit card refunds will be issued as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.
